- Maintenance prescriptions must now be filled on a 90-day basis. To switch to Anthem mail-order refills, you can call the Pharmacy Member Services number on the back of your card, or visit the Sydney app or Anthem . com. Or to change at a local pharmacy, do the following:
- * Choose a pharmacy in the attached directory that has a dot indicating participation in the Retail Maintenance Network. * Contact the new pharmacy with the Rx Number, Name, and the phone number of pharmacy where you are currently filling your Rx. Additional information may be requested depending on the pharmacy. * The new Retail Maintenance pharmacy will reach out to your current pharmacy to get the prescription information moved.
